Workshops
I’ve facilitated workshops across a range of settings, from global banking organisations, to teacher professional development, both in-person, and online.
Below are some ways organisations bring me in to support people, teams, and ways of working. They are designed for those who value thoughtful, practical, hands-on learning rather than off-the-shelf programmes.
Each session is adapted to context, audience, and need. This is not a fixed catalogue, but a starting point for conversation.
Examples of workshops
-
Mental health workshops and talks for workplaces, designed to help teams talk about mental health with confidence, care, and shared understanding.
These sessions are practical and non-clinical but based on Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). They focus on building awareness and language around mental health at work, without overstepping into therapy or individual diagnosis.
Important for:
building mental health awareness and recognising early signs of stress
developing evidence-based support approaches within teams
reducing stigma and increasing confidence around conversations about mental health at work
-
Strengths-based workshops that help teams recognise individual and collective strengths, and use them more intentionally in everyday work.
The focus is on contribution, confidence, and collaboration — rather than labels, assessments, or personality typing. These sessions support teams in understanding how people do their best work together.
Useful for:
teams experiencing change, growth, or shifts in roles
improving collaboration and shared ownership
building confidence around how people contribute
-
Intercultural competence workshops that support teams working across cultures, languages, and backgrounds.
These sessions focus on awareness and practical understanding of how assumptions, communication styles, and context shape collaboration particularly in international or diverse organisational settings.
Useful for:
international or distributed teams
working across language and cultural difference
reducing friction and misunderstanding in day-to-day work
-
Facilitated team workshops that create space for learning, reflection, and alignment.
These structured sessions give teams time to think together, clarify ways of working, and build shared understanding. They are particularly helpful when teams feel stuck, misaligned, or overloaded.
Useful for:
clarifying ways of working and expectations
aligning around priorities or roles
working through complexity as a group
Format & delivery
Sessions can be delivered in-person or online, and range from short talks and workshops to half-day or full-day sessions. Group size, format, and focus are agreed in advance and adapted to the setting.
If you are not sure which format is most useful, I am happy to talk it through.
